Funeral Program
If you recently suffered a loss of a loved one and are making final arrangements for the funeral you may ask yourself "how do I write a funeral program"? This task does not have to be as overwhelming as it sounds and I have listed a few essentials for you below to consider. This can be an emotional task, some that many find overwhelming when they're already dealing with a loss of a loved one and of course I can help with this if you require.
The programs are distributed to those attending the funeral or memorial service and are meant to tell those in attendance what they can expect in the service, they are also meant to honour the deceased. This is an opportunity to present a person in a final, honourable way and many people will save these programs to remember the deceased.
You can have a simple Funeral Program which lists the name of the deceased, include a photo (the photo should show the individual in a familiar way so if they were always joking include a picture of them laughing and happy. If they are known for their garish attire, then add a vibrant picture.
To the right of the photo, customise the information to fit the deceased and include birth and death dates.
You can of course create a more formal program that can feature a biography of the deceased showing highlights of the important aspects of their life and also include the opportunities for the family to thank those who came to pay their respect and any poems or bible verses of favourite sayings.
I can provide a designed program for you based around your requirements and get printed and delivered to your door.
